BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION

Every June 5th we celebrate World Environment Day. It's the United Nations' most important day for encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the protection of our environment. 
This year the theme is "BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION AND SAY NO TO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC".
Together, we can make a change. If you can't reuse it, refuse it!

This year India hosts World Environment Day. Plastic is a big problem in India. Watch how UN Goodwill ambassador Dia Mirza joined environmentalist Afroz Shah to celebrate this day by cleaning up Mumbai's Versova beach.
